Contract Manager
DMBA (Deseret Mutual Benefit Administrators) is a non-profit organization that administers benefits for companies who are owned or affiliated with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
We have an opening for a Contract Manager to work in our Provider Network Management.
This position will be part of the Provider Network Strategy team within Provider Network Management. The Contract Manager is directly responsible for the development, performance, and monitoring of the provider network to ensure the financial impact to DMBA is in line with company and department objectives. The Contract Manager couples healthcare market trends and analytical skills to aid in the decision-making processes. The Contract Manager assesses and minimizes company risk through successful negotiation and execution of DMBA contracts with individual providers, provider groups, ancillary specialties. This position is expected to perform at a high level both independently and collaboratively with others.
Required Training, Skills, and Knowledge :

- Proficient in Microsoft applications

Preferred Training, Skills, and Knowledge :
