Key Responsibilities

Perform skilled framing and finish carpentry on residential construction and remodeling projects

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications

Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision and attention to detail

Install doors, windows, cabinetry, trim, and molding with craftsmanship

Ensure quality standards are maintained across all phases of construction

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

Occasionally assist with basic plumbing and electrical tasks

Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, and homeowners

Follow company safety protocols and wear required safety equipment

Qualifications

5 years of experience in residential carpentry preferred

Strong proficiency in framing and finish carpentry

High attention to detail and a passion for high-end workmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic skills in plumbing and electrical are a plus

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Must be comfortable with physical labor and working in various conditions

No formal education required - skill and reliability are what count here

Schedule
