Pay Range : $70,000 - $85,000 annually (Based on Experience)

Job Overview :   Regent Flooring Kitchen & Bath is urgently seeking a highly skilled Finish Carpenter to join our growing remodeling team. Our projects are primarily high-end kitchen and bathroom remodels, with expanding opportunities into full-home renovations.This role requires hands-on expertise in all phases of remodeling-from demolition and framing to cabinet installation and fine trim carpentry-while coordinating subcontractors and communicating with clients and management. Key Responsibilities

• Perform full-scope remodeling including demo, framing, drywall, spackling, and finish carpentry
• Install cabinetry, custom trim, doors, and windows with precision
• Manage daily job site setup and cleanliness, ensuring dust control and safety
• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors (electricians, plumbers, tile setters)
• Read and execute blueprints and design plans
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, designers, and management
• Provide light plumbing and electrical work as needed
• Optional tile setting of porcelain, ceramic, and natural stone
