Responsibilities
Digital Campaigns : Develop and execute growth-driven digital marketing and promotional strategies with a full-funnel approach, incorporating brand awareness, interest, intent, and conversion.
Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns across digital channels, including paid media, paid social, Google, third-party platforms, organic tactics, and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with other digital team members to create best in class practices and procedures for all activities.
Research emerging technologies and platforms to maximize results.
Budget Tracking : Report and track budgets and spending.
Coordinate and oversee digital spend, ensuring alignment with a fully integrated marketing plan.
Provide recommendations for campaign budgets and real time optimizations.
Optimization and Reporting : Perform daily and weekly campaign optimizations, offering actionable recommendations for improvement.
Establish relevant KPIs for all programs, platforms and specific campaigns as required.
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of digital tactics, using data to optimize performance.
Generate regular reports on activities and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Product Management : Maintain and manage the active U.S. assortment across digital platforms. Work with Global Teams to ensure all relevant product assets are created.
Audience Research : Develop persona profiles and audience segmentations to better understand, engage and connect with Trade and Consumer and Internal audiences.
Social Media : Develop and execute a U.S.-specific social media programs aligned with global strategies, fostering community growth and engagement as directed.
Email Marketing Communications : Build and manage direct engagement programs that meet business objectives, maintain best in class brand standards.
Trade Program Support : Develop and execute digital trade programs to support Premium Dealer Programs, Product Launches as we all Brand Awareness and other activities necessary to drive sales and support business objectives.
Promotions : Develop monthly promotional campaigns with collaboration of the Global Brand Team in support of stated goals and specific activities. These campaigns will include but not be limited to product promotions, social engagement activities as well as dealer and consumer outreach.
Strategic Planning : Create and maintain a monthly planner to organize tactics, ensuring transparency and alignment with global objectives.
Localized Marketing : Work with internal team members and the Global Brand teams to adapt and implement global marketing campaigns and assets to meet the specific business objectives of the U.S. market.
Salesforce and Digital Capabilities : Leverage the capabilities and functionality of the various Salesforce Clouds to achieve stated goals. Collaborate with various digital team members to maximize knowledge of available features and functionality.
