What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate daily operations within the credit department, managing accounts receivable and ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
- Implement and uphold company credit policies while identifying opportunities to streamline and strengthen processes.
- Review and approve orders for manufacturing and shipment regularly, developing solutions for accounts that need additional support or security.
- Oversee all collection activities, including reviewing past-due accounts, initiating follow-up actions, and maintaining accurate financial documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date customer credit files and financial data, working closely with internal stakeholders to make informed credit decisions.
- Communicate directly with customers, suppliers, and credit groups to assess financial performance, handle bonds and liens, and build productive partnerships.
- Manage and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accuracy, initiative, and professional growth. Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Leverage ERP systems JD Edwards and ASI to drive efficiencies and improve reporting and workflow.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration from an accredited four-year college or university. Proof of degree required; transcript or diploma must be provided.Minimum of five (5) years of prior experience in commercial credit and collection work, ideally within construction, heavy manufacturing, or industrial industries.Benefits
