Key Responsibilities
Recruit, grow, and coach a team of Account Executives to achieve revenue targets
Build a results-driven culture that motivates and empowers sales teams
Collaborate on sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in selling technology solutions to large organizations
At least 5 years of experience managing and scaling high-performing sales teams
Experience in scaling SaaS companies with ARR between $25M and $200M
Deep expertise in enterprise selling methodologies and account planning
Adept at building long-lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders
