Are you a visionary content creator with a finger on the pulse of culture? We're seeking an exceptional individual to join a dynamic in-house creative team where you will be instrumental in defining and executing cutting-edge social-first content. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in elevating the organization's digital storytelling, transforming ideas into thumb-stopping content that resonates with diverse audiences. You will lead the charge in identifying and capitalizing on cultural moments, ensuring the brand remains at the forefront of digital engagement. Your creativity and expertise will directly impact brand perception and audience connection across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Content Strategy & Creation :
• Concept, storyboard, and pitch innovative ideas for social content, aligning with cultural moments, campaigns, and company priorities.
• Independently create diverse content, from behind-the-scenes glimpses to branded campaigns and platform-native moments.
• Conduct on-location, in-studio, or in-the-moment shoots, demonstrating expertise in natural lighting, framing, and composition.
• Interview individuals to craft authentic content centered on people, culture, and personal style, building trust to capture compelling stories.
• Visual Production & Design :
• Edit video and photo content optimized for various digital channels, ensuring creative performance across platforms.
• Apply motion graphics, captions, transitions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
• Design static and motion assets, including social carousels, infographics, and motion titles, that are native to each platform.
• Translate creative briefs into engaging, on-brand, authentic, and culturally relevant visuals.
• Social Media Expertise & Trend Spotting :
• Actively monitor platform trends, emerging creator styles, and audience behavior to bring fresh ideas and formats.
• Test new tools and creative formats to optimize reach, engagement, and storytelling effectiveness.
• Serve as a key leader in informing and shaping best-in-class, culture-forward storytelling for the organization.
• Must-Have Qualifications :
• 3-6 years of experience in social-first content creation, preferably for a culture-forward brand, agency, or media company.
• A strong understanding of the social media and global cultural landscape, including optimizing creative for content performance.
• Proficiency in photography, videography, editing, and motion or social design, with a strong portfolio of video content.
• Expertise in mobile content creation.
• Deep passion for people-centered storytelling, with proven skills in interviewing and making talent comfortable on camera.
• Fluency in the distinct characteristics of various social media platforms, their audiences, and sub-cultures.
• Proficiency with professional editing and design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, and CapCut.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, coupled with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Resourceful, collaborative, and able to deliver high-quality edits quickly.
• Willingness to travel and work off-hours as needed for events and campaigns.
• Nice-to-Have Qualifications :
• Experience working on User-Generated Content (UGC)-style campaigns or partnering with influencers.
