• The Position

The attorney in this role will be responsible for managing multiple cases from initial intake through final resolution. This includes overseeing all aspects of both pre-litigation and litigation. We are seeking a candidate with substantial experience in personal injury law and a proven record of delivering meaningful results for injured clients.

• Qualification
• Active license to practice law in South Carolina.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience handling personal injury and / or workman’s compensation cases as a licensed attorney.
• Extensive pre-litigation and litigation experience.
• Exceptional legal research and writing abilities.
• Substantial experience taking depositions, drafting and arguing all types of motions, and handling day-to-day case management.
• Ability to work autonomously and with direction from the managing partner.
• An individual who is highly ethical, motivated, and will go the extra-mile.
• A driven individual who possesses a commitment to continuous learning and career advancement.
• Trial experience is preferred.

• Competitive compensation structure commensurate with experience and results.
• Base salary with performance based bonuses ($100,000-$140,000 + Performance Bonuses)
