Responsibilities include working with the production planner to establish and update minimum stock levels, identifying demand and processing orders for optimal pricing, terms, and delivery. You will also schedule and organize on-time deliveries, monitor order status, and ensure compliance with agreed dates. Additionally, you will analyze and optimize order and inventory quantities, collaborate with other locations and vendors for efficiency gains, and support strategic purchasing. Qualifications include a strong preference for Spanish-speaking candidates, a bachelor's degree in business or operations, experience in inventory management, and solid problem-solving skills. Knowledge of computer programs like SAP and Microsoft Office is beneficial, and APICS CPIM experience is a plus.
