Mid-to-Senior Level Healthcare Transactions Attorney

Location : Chicago, Columbus, Indianapolis, or Philadelphia (Hybrid Eligible)

MB Attorney Search is recruiting on behalf of a national law firm recognized for its collaborative culture and deep bench of legal talent. This AM Law 200 firm is seeking a mid- to senior-level associate to join its Healthcare Transactions Practice Group, supporting a dynamic and nationally respected team.

About the Role

You will work on cutting-edge health care transactions across the country, including :

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Joint ventures and strategic affiliations
• Private equity transactions
• Complex management and provider services agreements
• Physician employment contracts

In addition to transactional work, you will advise health care providers on key regulatory issues such as :
