Schedule : Monday - Friday

Salary : $37,440 - $45,760

Key Responsibilities :

Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a professional and courteous manner

Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

Resolve customer issues and follow up to ensure satisfaction

Maintain customer records and update account information

Qualifications :

Previous customer service experience

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Willingness to grow and take on more responsibility over time
