Summary of role : The Home Care Caregiver will provide safe delivery of personal care services to WelbeHealth participants in their homes, as scheduled and directed.
Full-time Schedule (Guaranteed 40 / hrs per week)
Rosemead, CA area
REQUIRED : Valid CA Driver's License and Auto insurance
Ability to work 35-40 hours a week - No overnight Shifts
Essential Job Duties :
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) to patients, in their homes, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, dressing, toileting, transferring etc.
- Assist with light meal preparation and feeding in participants’ homes, ensuring participants are nourished and hydrated
- Assist participants with safe transfer in and out of their homes and act as medical escort on vehicles and to medical appointments as assigned

Salary / Wage base range for this role is $19.00 - $22.05 + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
