The Opportunity

The Paralegal will provide organizational and administrative support for compliance for all states affecting insurance business operations, adjusters, producers and certificates of authority, regulations pertaining to excess and surplus lines and / or unauthorized insurance requirements, and other matters related to domestic and foreign insurance business. Provide assistance in maintaining corporate policies / procedures and general corporate governance matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendar of yearly required filings, including :

Analyze filing requirements, gather required information, and prepare and submit required filings;

HSB US and international legal entity and branch office management (including US state insurance holding company filings / reporting, ad hoc board resolutions, minutes, and consents);
