Job Title : Litigation Paralegal

About the Role :  We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Litigation Paralegal. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can support attorneys in all aspects of litigation, from pre-trial preparation to post-trial tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong understanding of legal processes, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Responsibilities :

• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including drafting legal documents, motions, and pleadings.
• Manage case files and maintain case documentation.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for use in litigation matters.
• Draft and prepare discovery requests, responses, and deposition summaries.
• Coordinate the filing of legal documents with courts and other entities.
• Schedule hearings, depositions, and meetings for attorneys and clients.
• Organize and maintain client files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to attorneys and legal staff.
