Hersheypark amusement park spans 121-acres, and welcomes guests to experience Hersheypark Happy all year long! As the largest amusement park in Pennsylvania, Hersheypark is home to more than 70 rides including 15 coasters and 20+ kiddie rides, as well as a zoo, and an entire water park. Tram Operators are responsible for driving guests of Hersheypark in a large utility vehicle to and from tram stops located in the parking lot. This position is also responsible for the safety of all guests who are passengers on the tram, as well as all pedestrians in their driving zone. Job Functions :

• Safely operate the tram transporting guests to their destination
• Assist guests at tram stops with loading and unloading, including wheelchairs and strollers
• Effectively communicate provided information to the guests on the tram via a public address system
• Control traffic as needed in tram areas
• Provide a safe and friendly atmosphere to guests and team members
• Consistently practice safe work habits including, but not limited to, use of personal protective equipment, lifting, and reporting of unsafe situations
