Position Overview :

The Account Executive - Houston will play a key role in driving new business, strengthening current client relationships, growing existing business and contributing to the overall growth of SpecTex Solutions. This is a hands-on, field-based sales position ideal for a motivated self-starter with strong industry knowledge and a passion for helping clients succeed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities in the Houston market at the wholesale level.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with project managers and key decisions makers at plumbing and mechanical contractors.
• Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to assess needs and propose value-driven solutions
• Prepare and present accurate bids, quotes, and sales proposals tailored to project requirements
• Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide timely reporting on pipeline and performance
• Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and project support
• Stay informed of industry trends, competitors, and local market developments
