NAC TRAX Project Specialist Supplemental

POSITION SUMMARY

The NAC TRAX Project Specialist (Temporary) will serve as a key contributor to the NAC TRAX Improvement Project team, supporting initiatives to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and alignment of NAC's data with Saltchuk Aviation's standards. The incumbent will collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Records, Maintenance Programs, Information Technology, Project Management, and external consultants to execute on a comprehensive project plan designed to strengthen TRAX data quality and operational compliance.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with all requests for information and required data, including research where required, from TRAX, and internal repositories (example : SharePoint or shared drives) or external data (example : Boeing Toolbox).
• Support resolution of pending queue, work order close, and other material discrepancies.
• Support resolution of maintenance programs & engineering functionality in TRAX including updating task card headers, correcting effectivity, and linking engineering controls, task cards, & engineering orders.
• Update or audit TRAX data in NAC as required to address any compliance and historical gaps.
• Collaborate with Tech Ops Business Manager on creating / updating User Guides and SOPs.
• Assist with training end users on any new processes, SOPs, and TRAX user guides.
• Other project specific duties are assigned.
