Responsibilities :
- Generate program documents and space plans through client-facing meetings.
- Develop contextual design stories, coordinate furniture and finish selection, and produce construction documents.
- Lead construction administration, manage client expectations and coordinate team and consultant communications.
- Generate business opportunity leads and manage various sized teams.
- Participate on multiple project teams simultaneously, ensuring knowledge of budget and schedule drivers.
Qualifications :
- 10+ years of related experience in commercial interior design.
- Proficiency in Revit, InDesign, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop preferred.
- Strong knowledge of design and documentation processes, including FF&E, furniture systems, and specifications, with outstanding graphic presentation skills.
- Ability to focus on multiple projects in various stages, communicate design ideas quickly, and exhibit strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field, with knowledge of local code and permitting requirements.
