A company is looking for a Senior Career Development Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative career development programs and processes

Identify critical talent segmentations and skill gaps through workforce planning

Provide guidance and consultation to meet future workforce development needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, counseling, or related field; Master's degree preferred

Minimum of five years' progressive career development experience in a large organization

Career Coaching Certification required within six months of hire
