We are seeking an Order Manager to join our team and oversee the end-to-end process of order management within our marketing and branding industry.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills and be very detail oriented.
- Remote Position with Mandatory in- person monthly team meeting in Woodridge, IL
- In person training & Option to work daily in- office at Woodridge location
Responsibilities :
- Efficiently manage the entire order process from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every stage.
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, production, and logistics to facilitate seamless order fulfillment.
- Communicate with clients to confirm order details, provide updates on order status, and address any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to replenish stock as needed.
- Resolve any order discrepancies or issues in a proactive and timely manner, striving to exceed customer expectations.
- Implement and optimize order management systems and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Provide support to team members as needed.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in order management software (our current CRM, CommonSku is preferred but not required) and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
