Job Summary :

We are seeking a Bilingual Project Coordinator to join our Last Mile Pickup and Return team, supporting our partners in the US and Mexico. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong communication skills, and is fluent in both Spanish and English. This role is critical for maintaining high levels of partner satisfaction and ensuring project lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide personalized support to pickup hosts, enhancing partner relations and operations.
• Coordinate project lifecycles meticulously, ensuring seamless execution and satisfaction.
• Maintain stellar levels of customer service, continuously aiming for high satisfaction ratings.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to deliver quality products efficiently.
• Utilize a variety of software tools for account navigation and proactive problem-solving.
