What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Design and implement advanced selling skills programs to enhance conversion rates and customer experiencesDevelop and deliver training initiatives to ensure consistent, high-quality customer interactionsCoach showroom leaders and associates to improve sales techniques and customer engagementMeasure and assess training program effectiveness using KPIs and performance dataCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align training programs with business goalsWhat is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field7+ years of experience in retail sales training and implementation7+ years of progressive retail experience, preferably in home / furniture sectors3+ years in a training or sales enablement role focused on clienteling and closing techniquesProven ability to measure and report on training effectiveness using data-driven insightsHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Advanced knowledge of instructional design and facilitation techniquesExperience with training technologies, including LMS platforms and CRM systemsExceptional coaching and communication skillsProven ability to lead training strategies across enterprise environmentsStrong ability to partner with cross-functional teams at all levelsWe prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
