What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Design and implement advanced selling skills programs to enhance conversion rates and customer experiences
  • Develop and deliver training initiatives to ensure consistent, high-quality customer interactions
  • Coach showroom leaders and associates to improve sales techniques and customer engagement
  • Measure and assess training program effectiveness using KPIs and performance data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training programs with business goals
  • What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in retail sales training and implementation
  • 7+ years of progressive retail experience, preferably in home / furniture sectors
  • 3+ years in a training or sales enablement role focused on clienteling and closing techniques
  • Proven ability to measure and report on training effectiveness using data-driven insights
  • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Advanced knowledge of instructional design and facilitation techniques
  • Experience with training technologies, including LMS platforms and CRM systems
  • Exceptional coaching and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead training strategies across enterprise environments
  • Strong ability to partner with cross-functional teams at all levels
