Alta Vista Rehabilitation & Healthcare is a skilled nursing facility offering short term rehabilitation and long-term care.
We are currently seeking a full time PT to join our therapy team. We have an amazing in-house therapy program here with an entire operational team hugely committed to therapy.
We see a diverse mix of orthopedic, neurological and cognitive disorders and are proud of our state-of-the-art therapy equipment and our beautiful outdoor therapy garden walk.

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
This position is open to SLPs at all experience levels. New Grads Welcome! Pay rates are competitive and based on various factors.
