As a Sr. Product Manager Technical in the Catalog Systems organization you will define and deliver next-generation GenAI platforms powering Amazons catalog quality product data generation and LLM evaluation infrastructure. You will own one of our core verticalswhether its AI-assisted content generation automated quality measurement or GenAI evaluation pipelinesand drive end-to-end product strategy from ideation to global adoption. You will work with applied scientists engineers and economists to shape the future of Amazons vast catalog to stay ahead of the rapidly evolving ecommerce landscape in the GenAI world.

This role is ideal for someone who has built and launched LLM-powered applications end-to-end and who brings practical experience with LLM fine-tuning model evaluation and benchmarking. You will work across science and engineering teams to design high-quality datasets optimize model performance and establish robust evaluation frameworksensuring that our GenAI systems deliver measurable trusted improvements to Amazons catalog. Key job responsibilities

will manage business requirements design performance expectations and goals with all stakeholder teams.

will partner with management to define strategy and build road maps for the projects you own.

will track real time service levels and schedule adherence and ensure the individual stakeholder teams meet and exceed their performance targets.

4. You will be responsible for the overall coordination quality and productivity and will be the primary point of contact for world-wide stakeholders of programs that you run.

5. Throughout you will internalize Amazons Leadership Principles and live those into everyday practices to guide your programs to success.

• 5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
• Bachelors degree
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience owning / driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
• Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136100 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $235200 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
