A day in the life of an Associate Relationship Management, Culture + Innovation at Vans looks a little like this.

You'll be part of the Culture + Innovation team, supporting efforts across OTW, entertainment and innovation initiatives. You will work closely with OTW and entertainment teams to help build and nurture relationships with macro and micro ambassadors, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and energy partners. Your role is all about cultivating meaningful connections that drive cultural relevance and community impact. You'll report directly to the Senior Director of Culture + Innovation.

• Help manage and grow relationships with ambassadors, KOLs, and energy partners while maintaining communication flow and keeping engagement high.
• Support the planning of partner activations, events, and campaigns that bring our energy marketing strategy to life.
• Monitor cultural trends and emerging voices to help identify new partnership opportunities.
• Prepare recaps and reports that showcase the impact of relationship-driven initiatives.
• You will be a connector. Someone who thrives on building authentic relationships and spotting opportunities for collaboration.

Hiring Range : $73,440.00 USD - $91,800.00 USD annually.

Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
