Job Title : Clinical Operations Supervisor

Reports To : Sr. Director of Care Delivery Operations
Direct Reports : Medical Assistants / Care Coordinators
Classification : Full Time, Non-Exempt
Hours : 10am-7pm (CST)
Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Lead daily operations across assigned telehealth service lines, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and adherence to clinical workflows.
- Direct and coach clinical support teams, supporting clinical operations managers with training, competency management, and performance oversight.
- Partner with providers to resolve operational issues and optimize the patient and provider experience.
- Maintain standardized procedures, clinical workflows, and documentation requirements across EMR and telehealth platforms.
- Monitor operational and clinical quality metrics; identify trends and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all telehealth-related privacy, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee scheduling accuracy, provider templates, and daily capacity to support timely patient access.
- Monitor access, wait times, and no-show rates and drive improvements in patient engagement and throughput.
- Work with IT and platform support to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure staff proficiency with systems.
- Participate in workflow design, platform enhancements, and operational readiness for new features or services.
- Analyze dashboards and operational data to identify gaps, streamline processes, and enhance service delivery.
- Support change management efforts and implement best practices across clinical operations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Experience in clinical or telehealth operations with responsibility for staff supervision.Bilingual (a plus)Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Knowledge of clinical workflows, HIPAA compliance, and documentation practices.Ability to interpret operational data and drive performance improvements.Adaptability to new technologies, platforms, and evolving regulatory requirements.Prior leadership of clinical support roles (e.g., MA, care coordination).Proficiency with EMRs, scheduling systems, and telehealth platforms.Physical Requirements :
