Program Overview :
As part of our Outside Sales Executive Training Program, you'll receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop essential skills and expertise in executive level sales.
The program consists of three stages :
Stage 1 : Sales Development Representative (SDR)
- Learn the fundamentals of sales and prospecting.
- Generate high-quality proposals and contribute to new contract acquisitions.
- Lay the foundation for a successful career in sales.
Stage 2 : Inside Sales Representative (ISR)
- Hone your sales skills and client relationship management abilities.
- Work closely with our Inside Sales Manager to handle the full sales cycle.
- Take on greater responsibilities and prepare for advancement.
- Enjoy the rewards of your hard work with a raise in annual base pay and access to additional incentive programs.
Stage 3 & Beyond : Business Development Representative (BDR)
- Lead strategic networking initiatives and drive business growth.
- Contribute directly to the company's bottom line and make a meaningful impact.

- Continued metric driven advancement opportunities will be available.
