About the Role :

As an Alarm Technician at ALL POINTS SECURITY CO INC, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients in Downingtown, PA. Join our dedicated team and make a difference by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced alarm systems.

Responsibilities :

• Install and configure alarm systems for residential and commercial clients.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty alarm systems and components.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support during installations and repairs.
• Document service calls and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Stay updated on the latest alarm technology and industry trends.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in alarm system installation and repair.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of alarm technologies and security systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
