As a Security Professional - Chemical Patrol Unarmed in Wilmington, DE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical / Petrochemical, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a chemical and petrochemical location, helping to deter security-related incidents and responding to situations as they arise. Your visible presence and commitment to exceptional customer service will support a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for operating vehicles as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards.Monitor access points and observe activities within the location to help to deter unauthorized entry and / or suspicious behavior.Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to company and client protocols.Assist with emergency response activities, including evacuations or other procedures as directed by site management and Allied Universal.Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and / or employees while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.What We're Looking For :

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
