Job description

A company is looking for a Health Care Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance and payment issues in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Make and answer calls to resolve billing and payment issues

Respond to patient inquiries and provide information in a professional manner

Follow client-specific protocols while investigating and addressing client enquiries

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role

Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare administration preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends as needed

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for additional support
