We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Technical Writer to support the development of SOPs and documentation for the rollout of a new Customer Information System (CIS) . This role will be instrumental in translating complex technical processes into clear, user-friendly documentation that supports training, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), project managers, and system analysts to gather information on CIS workflows and processes.
- Draft, edit, and finalize SOPs related to customer data updates, service order reviews, and exception handling in CIS.
- Ensure documentation aligns with regulatory standards and internal quality control protocols.
- Maintain version control and manage updates to SOPs as system features evolve.
- Participate in meetings to stay aligned with implementation milestones and stakeholder feedback.
- Create visual aids, flowcharts, and templates to enhance clarity and usability of documentation.
- Support training material development and contribute to onboarding guides for system users.
Base pay range : $30.00 / hr - $55.00 / hr
