A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to understand their objectives and translate them into actionable strategic programs
Develop high-impact programs, including program charters and roadmaps, to deliver significant value
Establish KPI frameworks and dashboards to analyze performance and report insights for decision-making
Required Qualifications
5 - 7 years of experience in marketing operations with a track record of strategic program development
Working knowledge of Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs), Salesforce CRM, and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
Experience with Marketing Attribution models and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
Ability to balance stakeholder needs and manage the development of marketing tools
Experience in communicating complex problems and managing stakeholder expectations
