Position Description :

Seneca Resources is seeking a Senior IT Project / Program Manager to lead enterprise-level technology initiatives and ensure consistent project governance, compliance, and delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in project management methodologies, SDLC oversight, and PMO standards development , with a proven track record managing complex, high-value programs (>

$20M) in fast-paced enterprise environments.

In this role, you will drive standardization across project teams, establish best practices, and mentor project management professionals to improve performance, quality, and delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee complex IT projects and programs from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and PMO governance.
• Develop and maintain project management frameworks , templates, and methodologies across multiple delivery models (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• Provide quality assurance (QA) reviews and continuous process improvements for project documentation, reporting, and controls.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC governance , scope management, change control, and resource planning.
• Manage RAID logs, RACI matrices, decision logs, and performance metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Partner with business and technical leaders to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and mitigate risks effectively.
• Develop and deliver training materials and mentoring programs to elevate project management capability across teams.
