They are seeking a bilingual marketing professional to join their growing team on a temporary basis. This role supports marketing and engagement initiatives across digital, social, and event channels during a parental leave period.

Job Description :

The Bilingual Marketing Communications Contractor will assist with marketing operations, content development, and event coordination for a fast-paced healthcare organization. This position requires strong communication skills in English and Spanish, a proactive approach to managing multiple projects, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day marketing requests, ensuring projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
• Draft, edit, and translate marketing materials and communications in English and Spanish.
• Coordinate logistics for upcoming events, including ordering promotional items and managing shipments.
• Support content creation for social media and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fulfill marketing collateral and swag needs.
• Track performance metrics, assist with reporting, and maintain content calendars.
• Manage ad hoc marketing tasks and requests across departments as needed.
