A company is looking for a Specialist, Human Resources (Temporary).
Key Responsibilities
Support HR Business Partners in implementing HR programs, policies, and procedures
Generate HR reports and respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits
Assist in the administration of employee relations activities and coordinate employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
University degree in Human Resources Management or related field
3 years of relevant experience in HR coordination, administration, or generalist roles
Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with an HRMS or ATS is an asset
Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
Understanding of provincial labor and employment standards
