Job descriptionLead all daily field operations for a 200-unit connected townhome development Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, scheduling, and quality control Ensure site safety, logistics planning, and adherence to project specifications Partner closely with the Project Manager and leadership team Maintain accurate daily reporting, documentation, and progress tracking Represent the company with professionalism and strong field leadership 5+ years of commercial or multifamily superintendent experience Strong track record managing large-scale ground-up projects Expert knowledge of scheduling, site coordination, and field operations Ability to travel for a multi-year assignment (primary need : Binghamton, NY) Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Company-funded bi-monthly travel home Opportunity to oversee a major, high-impact project Strong pipeline of future regional and out-of-state work Collaborative culture with excellent employee retention Long-term growth opportunities, including non-travel roles

My client is a prominent Midwestern general contractor with a growing presence across Ohio and surrounding states. Known for their strong culture, modern systems, and diverse project portfolio, they are currently seeking a Traveling Superintendent to oversee a large-scale multifamily townhome development outside of Ohio.
This role is ideal for a Superintendent who enjoys leading field operations on complex, multi-year assignments.
- Compensation : $100k-$165k+ and full benefits
