Assignment Details

Dates of Coverage : 12pm on 12 / 22 through 12pm on 12 / 27

Orientation : 12 / 22 at 8am

Shift Schedule : 12pm-12pm daily

Certification Required : ACLS (Required)

Credentialing : Rush - ASAP start

Facility Details

Location : Springfield, Vermont

Total Beds : Licensed for 25 acute beds (approximately 16 staffed)

Average Daily Census : 6.9

ICU Beds : 0

Max Census : 25 total (includes 10 offsite inpatient psych beds)

Average Daily Discharges : 2

Average Length of Stay (Med / Surg) : 3.8 days

Swing Beds : Included in the 25-bed acute count

Transfer Information : Critically ill patients transferred to higher-level facility (distance TBD)

Available Onsite (M-F) : General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, Gynecology, Uro-Gynecology, Podiatry

After Hours / Weekends : Coverage may vary

Anesthesia : Offsite call after hours and weekends

Emergency Department : Onsite support

EMR Systems : CPSI, T-System, Allscripts
