We are looking for a Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will monitor and improve the quality of our operational processes and outputs. You will be responsible for designing quality standards, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products, developing quality control systems, and determining corrective actions. You will also work and collaborate with managers, supervisors, and vendors to implement quality measures. A successful Test Engineer should have excellent troubleshooting skills and be able to ensure that processes and products consistently meet established quality standards.

This position reports to Sr. Manager of S&OP and Quality Assurance and is based out of our Chesapeake office.

As the Test Engineer, you will have an opportunity to :

• Develop and implement quality standards and testing requirements.
• Develop and implement quality control systems.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance.
• Inspect and test master samples, materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
• Collaborate with operations and sourcing managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
• Ensure that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
• Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues.
• Develop corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
• Review codes, specifications, and processes.
• Perform ISO standards internal audits.

You Have :

Pay Range : Annual Salary : $64,000.00 - $74,000.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills / achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
