Job Description :

The Facilitator RN, in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team, assumesthe management responsibilities for the quality and quantity of care provided by facilitating all aspects of stroke care, including, during and after the Code White process.

Qualifications

Education : Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing

Experience :   Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience required. Minimum of two (2) years progressive management experience preferred.

Technical Skills :   Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database and Lean Training

License / Certification : Current RN license in the State of Nevada. Current BLS and ACLS Certification.

Other Skills and Abilities : Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to meet the needs of the program.
