We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to join our prestigious law firm. This is a hybrid role that requires a blend of traditional office duties and remote work. You will be providing support to our managing partners, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our legal team. Job Details

Responsibilities

1. Provide administrative support to managing partners, including scheduling, correspondence, and expense reports.

2. Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents in compliance with regulations and standards.

3. Review and proofread contracts and legal documents for accuracy and compliance.

4. Manage and maintain document management systems and databases.

5. Liaise with clients and internal teams, demonstrating excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

6. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, ensuring all information is accurate and well-presented.

7. Manage the firm's budget, tracking expenses and ensuring financial efficiency.

8. Use advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with 3e and interaction software to streamline tasks and improve productivity.

9. Provide litigation support, including research and document preparation.

10. Think critically to solve problems and make decisions that align with the firm's goals and standards.

Qualifications

1. A Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field.

2. At least 5+ years of experience in a legal administrative assistant role or a similar position.

3. Demonstrated expertise in project management, organizational skills, and time management.

4. Proficient in MS Office Suite and advanced knowledge of 3e and interaction software.

5. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for proofreading and detail-oriented tasks.

6. Strong research skills and experience in legal research and legal document preparation.

7. Proven track record of managing budgets and preparing financial reports.

8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to handle conflicts professionally.

9. Experience in legal compliance and contract review.

10. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and adaptable approach to work.

11. Experience in supporting senior-level executives or partners in a law firm or similar professional setting would be advantageous.

12. Familiarity with litigation support and legal administration is a must.
