About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Specialist to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role focuses on planning, creating, and executing social media and email campaigns that engage target audiences and support business objectives. The Digital Content Specialist will manage campaign calendars, develop content, and analyze performance to strengthen our online presence and expand the reach of ABG brands across wholesale and professional audiences.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution : Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social and email channels.
• Content Development : Write compelling copy tailored for multiple audiences and formats.
• Calendar Management : Build and manage social media and email campaign calendars.
• Analytics & Optimization : Track campaign performance (open rates, CTR, engagement, conversions) and recommend improvements.
• Collaboration & Initiative : Work with designers, developers, and marketing leaders to ensure alignment with brand and business goals.
• Adaptability : Learn new tools and stay current on digital content and engagement trends.
• Proactivity : Anticipate challenges, take initiative, and drive projects forward.
