Extended Recovery (post-surgical) unit is expanding its census. We are looking for strong nurses who can be successful managing a mix of patient populations, post-op, observation, hospital inpatient and possibly ED boarders. Experience with telemetry, NIH Stroke Scale, and post-op surgical procedures
