Systems Engineer Director

Essential Functions and Duties :
Lead, develop, and execute complex projects that integrate electrical, mechanical, software, physics, and algorithms; drive R&D of new technologies and ensure alignment with market requirement specificationsApply systems analysis to influence product engineering and software design, create system diagrams, supervise testing, and implement ongoing engineering improvementsCollaborate with cross-functional business units to resolve design and integration challenges, share concepts, and align on system architecture developmentIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve advanced engineering problems on the leading edge of technology and system functionalityReview and evaluate system engineering test results and architecture concepts, communicating and influencing design adjustments as needed, support integration, assembly, and final testing of new productsPartner with vendors to develop competitive products, create metrics for future business decisions, and ensure compliance with systems architecture development requirementsQualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with 10-15 years of progressive, relevant professional experienceProven track record of leading high-visibility, cross-functional engineering projects and multi-disciplinary teamsExtensive expertise in electrochemical plating processes, including development, optimization, and troubleshootingHands-on experience with wet chemical systems and applications, with strong knowledge of safety and regulatory complianceGet in touch!
