Job details :

Title : On-Site POC / Representative and Coordinator.

Days : August 25th, 26th, 27th. Location : Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center , Lafayette St, Baton Rouge, LA 70801

Mission :

We need a company representative who works with our vendor to provide useful information about challenges, issues, and the progress of events organization.

Much of their work revolves around assuring the smooth running of the services and events and ensuring that the company is aware of matters on-site.

Duties :

• Communicating with contractor and operations team about project / event progress and any faced issues.
• Organizing third-party providers and vendors to deliver elements that can't be provided on-site.
• Update company leadership on their project's current state and what items they still need to accomplish.
• Work with staff to accomplish tasks.

Requirements / personnel qualifications :

• Verbal and written communication for understanding project requirements and explaining these needs to employees and third-party providers.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem-solving abilities to correct any challenges or inefficiencies for the best results.
• Decisiveness and good judgment to address pressing project matters when time is limited.
• Organization and time management to manage multiple tasks.
