Job Title : Deployment Technician – Device Refresh Project

Location : 100% Onsite, Monday-Friday in Kingston, NY

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM EST

Duration : 3 Month Contract, with strong potential for extension

Overview :

Our client is a top healthcare system, looking to bring on a team of IT Deployment Technician s for a large-scale device refresh project. This team will be responsible for the device deployment, and support of desktops, laptops, and related hardware for clinical and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deploy desktops, laptops, and related hardware to end users across clinical and administrative environments.
• Install, configure, and update software in alignment with role-specific needs.
• Ensure all systems meet HIPAA, privacy, and organizational compliance standards.
• Coordinate closely with the desktop support team to schedule and execute deployments with minimal operational disruption.
• Provide initial technical assistance and user guidance during deployments.
• Working in a team environment with other IT Deployment Technicians to deploy 6,000 devices
• Devices pre-configured at an off-site vendor; focus is on on-site configuration, updates, and determining appropriate device swaps / upgrades.
