Structural Engineer (Full Time Direct Hire)

Our client, Business and Technology Solutions, LLC, in the Metro West area of MA, is seeking a Full-Time Direct Hire Structural Engineer with an active Professional Engineer license in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

The Structural Engineer will be responsible for, but not limited to : concrete / pavement investigation, performance evaluations, rehabilitations, and adaptive reuse of public transportation structures such as highways / roadways, covered roadway structures, and roadways supporting building structures. Work will be a mix of field, in office, and remote.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible Structural Engineering experience with concrete / pavement investigations, performance evaluations, rehabilitations, and adaptive reuse of public transportation structures such as highways / roadways, covered roadway structures, or roadways supporting building structures.
• Licensed registered PE in MA.
• Proficiency with project management and experience developing and revising project specifications, field reports, technical reports, and proposals.
• Proven ability to collaborate across an organization and with internal and external parties.
• Solid organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and execute effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness and desire to mentor junior team members and pursue continuous professional growth and improvement.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable motor vehicle.
