📍 Location : Shelton, CT

💰 Base Salary : $52,000–$55,000 (based on experience)

🎯 Bonuses : Monthly performance-based incentives

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Lead & Inspire : Manage daily studio operations and motivate your team of Flexologists and Sales Associates to deliver excellence.
• Drive Membership Growth : Execute sales and marketing strategies, grow memberships, and exceed revenue goals.
• Deliver an Exceptional Experience : Ensure every member feels welcomed, supported, and energized during each visit.
• Oversee Studio Operations : Manage scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and ensure studio cleanliness and safety standards are always met.
• Recruit & Develop Talent : Hire, train, and coach team members to perform at their best and grow within the organization.
• Track & Report KPIs : Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.
