The Role

As LearnLux's Revenue Operations Lead, you will serve as a strategic partner to our Sales leadership and be responsible for building and optimizing our revenue engine. This hands-on role owns our core GTM systems, processes, and reporting. You'll lead forecasting, pipeline planning, CRM optimization, and revenue analytics, while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Client Success.

You will be a critical contributor to how we scale revenue operations in a high-growth, B2B2C, enterprise-focused environment. This role is ideal for a data-driven RevOps professional who thrives in ownership, systems thinking, and hands-on execution.

This role is 100% remote within the US and reports to the Head of Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales pipeline reporting and forecasting in partnership with Sales leadership
• Maintain and evolve revenue reporting infrastructure, including dashboards in BI tools like Metabase
• Own HubSpot CRM administration and optimization, including user workflows, integrations, and reporting
• Analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities
• Support Sales and Marketing with lead lifecycle tracking and campaign effectiveness reporting
• Collaborate on go-to-market (GTM) planning and process improvements to support scaling revenue operations
• Design and document scalable workflows, processes, and systems to support enterprise sales motions
• Partner cross-functionally to support revenue attribution, planning, and operational insights
• Contribute to sales compensation modeling and territory planning as needed

The pay range for this role is listed below. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor.

Salary Range

$160,000—$200,000 USD
