Location : - Iselin, New Jersey Hybrid , Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Remote Monday and Friday

Required :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 4 7 years of experience in content authoring and marketing campaign management, ideally within a FinTech, financial services, or technology company.
• Strong knowledge of digital campaign tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, or similar.
• Expert in HTML development, email templates, and campaign tagging.
• Editing, and storytelling skills with attention to tone, compliance, and clarity.
• Understanding of marketing automation, data-driven targeting, and customer journey mapping.
• Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and performance optimization.
• Experience with personalization and dynamic content management.
• Familiarity with financial products, regulatory marketing requirements, and consumer finance communication standards.

It is an absolute must / no exceptions that you have good experience taking designs from the UI / UX designer and converting it into HTML templates (for communication via email or social media platforms)
