The ideal candidate will provide nursing care to patients in a public health setting through collaborative efforts with health team members while adhering to standards of care and practice.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
• Follow nursing standards, procedures and protocols to care for patients.
• Participate in monitoring, managing and coordinating the delivery of healthcare and providing progress information to supervisor.
• Document and reassess any significant changes in the patient's condition in compliance with facility’s policy.
• Ensure provision of safety and comfort of all patients.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records.
• Effectively and respectfully work with persons from diverse backgrounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
